FundsCarpa has a fund: Carpafonden. The fund consists of collected funds and donations. The fund distributes funds to both patients and medical purposes. The patient part of the fund was founded by Agneta Lundberg's memory after a donation.
If you are patient A single person who is a member of Carpa and not previously allocated funds from the Carpafonden, can apply for financial assistance. Criteria for candidates The application must be on special form in PDF format to be downloaded here. The application must be attached to statements from counsellors and doctors, and copy of the previous year's tax declarations for applicants. The application must be sent to the board no later than 31/11 each year. Only complete applications will be considered. If the application is accepted by the board, the payment is made as soon as possible thereafter, in the specified account. The payoff can only be done once for every applicant. For what is given subsidies? Contributions for expenses not covered by public insurance such as the rehabilitation / recreational travels, high dentist bills.. These should be justified on the application and proof of counsellors. For medical staff The Board invites applications each year scholarships, who will turn to health care and research staff. Fellow purpose can vary from year to year but must conform to Carpa´s statutesa. How do I apply? The scholarship is advertised on the Carpa. The application is by their own-designed application in accordance with the directives given for each individual grant. The application will be available at the Board pledged date. Any funding allocation announced at the latest within a month. The payoff can only be done once every applicant. For what is given a scholarship? Research, placement, valuable efforts in the area of endocrine tumours. When granted the scholarship receives fellow, certificates and diplomas from Carpa. |
